Nokia announced another stripped down version of the Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic- the Nokia 5228.
The spec sheet reveals that it is the most stripped down version, even lacking GPS.

Nokia has announced a few new C series phones having dual SIM card facility, with a limited set of features, aimed at developing countries.
